Sync transactions with bookkeeping

Sync my recent transactions with bookkeeping so July's books are ready for my bookkeeper. Export all transactions from the last 30 days, include fees and refunds, import them into my accounting file, and generate a reconciliation report I can send to my bookkeeper by Monday.

Before I run the sync, make it review-friendly: surface suspect transactions (high-fee items, refunds, large inbound transfers), show which entries lack invoice references, and suggest labels or memos that will help my bookkeeper match transactions without follow-up questions.

I just synced transactions and now my books show duplicates for several payments and fees. I need reconciliation finished before my accountant review tomorrow and I don’t know whether to roll back the import, delete duplicates, or rerun with different settings. What is the safest next step that preserves audit trails and fixes the duplicates fast?

Each month I spend two hours cleaning the import — correcting duplicates, tagging refunds, and allocating fees — which eats into time I should spend on clients.
