Create a group DM with engineering manager Tomas Delgado, QA lead Aisha Khan, and designer Noor Rahman. Tell them I want a 30-minute sync tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. to align on the release checklist, attach the current checklist link, and ask if anyone needs to add items before the meeting.

Before I start a group message with Tomas, Aisha, and Noor, make it easy for them to assess whether the sync is necessary: put the purpose and three outcomes up front, show the one-line agenda, surface any potential blockers (test coverage, design signoff), and propose a single time. Flag if anyone is already in back-to-back meetings so I can suggest asynchronous updates instead.

I’m deciding whether to create a group DM and ask Tomas, Aisha, and Noor to meet at 10:00 a.m. Tomorrow’s work depends on quick alignment, but I’m worried about interrupting their deep work.
