Change profile photo

I need the profile photo updated before the all-hands at 9 AM on Friday. Replace my current picture with the new headshot I uploaded to the Marketing Drive, then confirm in the #team-ops channel that it shows for me and for Sam in Engineering. If it doesn’t show, revert and tell me what failed so I can resend the file.

Before I change my picture for the org chart, make it unmistakable who I am. Put the face crop center, boost contrast a little so it reads on phone and in the people sidebar, and name the file with my first and last name. Flag anything that might make a reviewer hesitate: sunglasses, low resolution, or a non-corporate background.
