Manage music policies

Our channel uses three licensed tracks for background in lesson series "Guitar Essentials." Update the music policy entries so viewers can monetize that series and ensure the lesson playlist remains viewable in all countries. Send the policy change request to the music rights team and the licensing vendor, ask for confirmation by Thursday noon, and verify the territory list and claimed uses before approving.

Before I submit a music policy update for the "Guitar Essentials" lessons, make it easy for the rights team to approve: surface the intended uses up front, show the license start and end dates, state the territories and monetization wishes, and flag any clauses like sync restrictions or performance-only grants that would stall approval.

The publisher applied policy blocks in those territories even though our license covers global educational use. I'm afraid the publisher will not accept an update and we'll lose ad revenue and student access. I cannot tell whether their claim is automatic or negotiable.
