Organize videos into playlists

Organize my channel’s videos into four playlists for Beginners, Intermediate, Gear Reviews, and Live Performances. Move the 12 relevant videos into those playlists, order each playlist by recommended learning sequence, and write one-line descriptions for each playlist that explain who it’s for and what they’ll achieve.

Before reorganizing videos into playlists, make approval easy: identify grouping principles that matter to my audience (skill level, outcome, format), propose which of my 30 videos belong in each playlist, show the ideal order for a learner’s path, and flag any videos that need re-editing or retitling to fit cleanly.

I began sorting thirty videos into skills-based playlists and now I’m uncertain about where edge-case videos belong. I’m afraid misplacing them will confuse subscribers and hurt watch time. Given my goal to guide learners from basics to performance, what’s the best rule for handling crossover videos and the single next action to finish the reorg?

Every quarter I reshuffle videos and the playlists end up inconsistent, which frustrates returning students and costs me time. Where is my process failing, and what one recurring habit will keep playlists coherent, discoverable, and aligned with the channel’s learning paths?
