Host a recurring meeting

Set up a recurring weekly therapy group on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. for the next six months with the same meeting ID, enable the waiting room, require passcode entry, disable join before host, set co-host to Dr. Patel, and make sure sessions are not auto-recorded. Send the series invite to the 12 participants and note in the invite that attendance is expected unless excused.

Before I make this a weekly recruiter panel, make it easier for candidates and interviewers: keep the same meeting link, schedule recurring slots for four weeks, list interviewer names and roles at top of the invite, add a short note on camera expectations, and block a 10-minute buffer after each slot for internal notes. Flag anything that would make an interviewer hesitate to accept.

What likely caused the leak, what immediate setting change stops it without cancelling the series, and how do I tell participants about the change without alarming them?
