Integrate calendar contacts

Sync the company Google calendar contacts into our meeting scheduler so invitees show their full job title and department when I invite them. Check that all contacts from the Sales and HR groups are included and that duplicates are merged by email. After syncing, create a quick list of any contacts that failed to import and email it to Tina in Ops with the subject Calendar Sync Issues.

Before I sync calendar contacts across to meeting invites, make the contact info easy for hosts to trust: surface full name, job title, and division at the top of each contact record, make email domain obvious to flag outside vendors, and highlight any contacts missing job titles so hosts know when to ask for clarity before inviting them to sensitive calls.

I just synced calendar contacts and noticed several Sales group members are missing job titles and a few external recruiters didn’t import. I’m worried invites will go to the wrong people and procurement will complain. What’s the quickest way to reconcile missing or partial contact records so I can send this week’s invites accurately?
