Understanding cannot be observed, so the session can be neither designed nor judged, and the objective survives every review precisely because nothing about it can fail. Route a live complaint to the right team within one minute names an action, a condition and a standard — and everything about format, length and assessment then follows from it.

How do you tell whether a topic should be split into more than one?
