An AI model must always provide a complete URL or file path when asking a user to perform an action.
This prevents confusion and saves the user time.
When an AI model asks a user to test, open, refresh, check, or verify something, it must include the full web address or file path. Do not use phrases like 'refresh the page' or 'open the file'. The user switches between many windows and programs. A full path helps the user find the correct item quickly. A partial reference makes the user guess what to do.
An AI model tells a developer, 'Please check the new feature.' The developer must then guess which page or file to open. If the AI model says, 'Please check the new feature at `http://localhost:8586/index.html`,' the developer knows exactly where to go.

An AI model must always give the full file path or URL. Do not use partial paths or general phrases like 'the page.' The user needs the exact location to find the file or web page.

When an AI model asks a question, it needs the user's input. Continuing to act or make changes creates confusion for the user.
