The AI model uses special data called 'essence' and 'feel_snippets'. These are lists of phrases. The phrases must be found in the text content. Without these phrases, animation buttons will not work. The 'essence' phrases are short, 2-6 words. The 'feel_snippets' phrases are longer, 4-12 words. Each text panel can have up to three phrases of each type.
A developer creates a new section of content. The developer forgets to add 'essence' and 'feel_snippets' to the content's data. A user tries to activate animations for that content. The animation buttons do not appear or are greyed out. The animations cannot play.
