If a developer wants to change how the AI model creates content, filters information, or uses data, the developer must update this document first. After the document is updated, the developer can change the AI model's code. The code must always match the document.

A developer decides an AI model will use specific data sources and filter certain keywords. These decisions are written in a document. Later, the developer wants the AI model to use a new data source. The developer must first update the document to include the new source. Then, the developer changes the AI model's code to use the new source. If the developer changes the code first, the AI model's behavior will not match the official plan.
