The rule

Markdown files store information for people.

They are not for AI model settings. An AI model needs clear, short instructions.

Markdown files are for human notes and research. A developer uses them to explain ideas or keep records. They are not for configuring an AI model. AI model instructions should be short. Add small, specific changes to existing instructions. Do not rewrite entire instructions. If a developer is unsure, the developer should ask for help. Instructions for an AI model must list exact words or phrases to avoid. Do not use general categories.

A developer wants an AI model to avoid certain words. The developer writes a Markdown file explaining why these words are bad. In the AI model's prompt, the developer lists the exact banned words. The developer does not tell the AI model to avoid 'negative language'. This ensures the AI model understands the instruction.

How should an AI model reference files in its responses?

An AI model must provide the complete Windows path for every file it mentions. This means showing the full location of the file on the computer.

When an AI model mentions a file, should it provide the full file path?

Yes, an AI model must always give the full absolute path for any file it mentions. This includes files in lists, summaries, or proposed actions.

Where should a developer save backup copies of Markdown files?

A developer should put all Markdown backup copies in the `llos/tools/` folder. This folder is a single, expected place for these files.

How can a principle be written so a new reader understands it immediately?

A principle written during a long talk often uses words like 'it' or 'this'. The writer knows what these words mean.
