The rule

A web page must always include specific components.

These components ensure the page is complete and functional. Each component has a minimum amount of content.

Every web page needs a Hero section. This section must have a hook sentence, a date, and at least three theme chips. It also needs a call to action for a word explorer. The page requires a Quick Facts Strip with at least five visible facts. A 'What Is Festival' section is needed. It includes an essence line, an insider frame, and three facts. Two quizzes are mandatory. Quiz A tests knowledge and needs at least five questions. Quiz B encourages reflection and also needs at least five questions. An FAQ Accordion must be present with a minimum of six questions. Two polls are required: one for an activity and one for sentiment. A Calendar Strip shows days until an event and a series. An SEO Meta Pack is essential. It includes a title, description, over 15 keywords, a canonical link, and Open Graph and Twitter data. Schema.org markup for 'Article' and 'FAQPage' is necessary. All major sections must use Scroll Reveal. A Reading Progress Bar and Text-to-Speech (TTS) Overview are always present.

A developer builds a new festival web page. The developer forgets to add the Reading Progress Bar. The manager tells the developer to add the missing component because it is always required for every page.
