An AI system needs clear categories for problems.
Each problem type requires a specific way to fix it. This helps a team respond quickly and correctly.
A team can use different categories for problems. Each category tells the team how to fix the problem. This makes problem-solving faster and more organized. 'User error' means a user typed wrong information. No fix is needed for the system. The user made a mistake. 'Server bug' means the system's code broke. This needs an immediate fix. A developer must repair the code. 'Script error' means a problem with text, like non-English letters. This needs a fix before adding new languages. A developer must update the system's language handling. 'Prompt failure' means the AI model gave bad or secret information. The AI model's instructions need changes. A developer must improve the AI model's prompt. 'Rate limit' means a user used the system too much. The team should check if the limit is fair. A manager might adjust the usage limit.
A developer sees many error reports. Without categories, the developer does not know which errors are urgent. The developer spends too much time guessing what to do. With categories, the developer knows immediately if a problem is a user mistake or a critical system bug.

After any content generation or build, the AI model must check the output. This check goes beyond just seeing if the script finished.
When a developer's code fails, the developer must stop typing. The developer should take a short break, perhaps 30 seconds.
When a background task fails, the AI model must stop. The AI model must explain what broke and why.
When a developer restarts an AI server, old processes might not stop. Each restart can add a new instance.
