Certain words and phrases are never used in text that a user sees.
This includes internal codes, technical terms, and words with a negative or overly complex meaning. User-facing text must be clear, simple, and positive.
An AI model should not use letter-band codes like F, I, U, or P. These codes are for internal use only. The AI model should also avoid words like 'forge', 'essence', 'wisdom', or 'profound'. These words can be unclear or too strong for a user. Internal system names, like 'proper_vs_common', should never be shown to a user. Instead, the AI model should use clear, simple language. For example, instead of 'Configure your test', the AI model should say 'Settings' or 'Setup'. The AI model must avoid negative language like 'Drill weak' or 'You failed'. A positive and helpful tone is always better.
A developer creates an AI model for learning. The AI model needs to give feedback to students. Instead of telling a student, 'Your F-band score is low,' the AI model says, 'You need more practice in this area.' Instead of showing 'mcq_one_correct' to a student, the AI model displays 'Multiple Choice Question.' This makes the experience much clearer for the student.
