Brand Activation Manager
Lead teams and drive outcomes.
What is a Brand Activation Manager?
Brand Activation Managers design and execute strategies to bring brands to life in the real world, connecting with consumers through experiences, events, and promotions. They bridge the gap between brand strategy and consumer interaction.
You begin by defining objectives and identifying target market characteristics, then coordinate promotional activities, vendors, and staffing to deliver on that strategy. Much of the day is emails, calls, and face-to-face team briefings to align creative production with forecasts and budgets. Before and after events you review sales projections, run market research checks, and analyze conversion results to inform the next activation.
