What is a Home Organizer?
Home Organizers help clients declutter, organize, and optimize their living spaces. They assess clients' needs and preferences, develop customized organizational plans, and implement systems to maintain order. This includes sorting belongings, creating storage solutions, and providing guidance on decluttering and simplifying lifestyles.
You spend most days inside clients’ homes helping with ambulation, personal hygiene, and bedside care, while preparing and maintaining records and reporting changes to supervisors. Between hands-on care you perform housekeeping like cooking, cleaning, and errands, participate in case reviews, and train family members to continue care. Many interactions are face-to-face and often guided by clinical staff.
