You begin by reading job orders and setting up machines for speed, ink flow, and focus. During the run you monitor operation, adjust settings, load materials, and proof completed work into correct counts. Between jobs you clean equipment, perform minor repairs, complete production records, and replenish supplies. Deliveries and coordination with finishing or billing are regular duties when runs finish.
