Integrate with CRM tools

Send the integration request to Maya in CRM ops and to Sam the head of sales asking them to confirm the field mapping and the lead scoring rule by Thursday so I can push form-fill events into their CRM and enable lead routing. Verify that email and phone fields are mapped and confirm deduplication logic first.

Before I give this to CRM ops, make the request clear to approve: surface the three user events that will create leads, list exactly which CRM fields will receive each value, and call out what will happen to leads that lack email or phone so Maya knows how to set routing rules without breaking sales workflows.
