I need the manuscript to show emphasis consistently. Bold the chapter titles and any section headings, italicize foreign words and book titles, and underline only the document's key action items in the checklist at the end. Do not change any other inline formatting. Review the first and last chapter to confirm no unintended formatting was altered.

Before I share this with the legal reviewer, make emphasis obvious and reviewable: create a one-page summary that lists every bold, italic, and underlined string with its page number, highlight any places where two emphases overlap (for example bold plus underline), and flag any headings that are underlined instead of bold. Suggest fixes that make reviewers less likely to miss critical clauses.

Contract review came back saying emphasized clauses were missed. I see bold, italics, and underlines sprinkled without a pattern.
