Create new presentation

I need a new presentation for Monday's all-hands that walks through our Q3 wins and the roadmap. Create a deck titled Q3 Wins & Roadmap 2026 in the Marketing Presentations folder, include a title slide with date July 21, 2026 and presenter name Alex Morales, and share edit access with Jenna Park and the comms channel. Check the file opens in presentation view and isn’t empty before I send the calendar invite.

Before I share this with the leadership team, make the deck quick to scan: put the one-line executive summary and the three headline wins on the second slide, move detailed metrics into appendix slides, and label charts with the source and month. Flag any slides that rely on missing images or linked spreadsheets that won’t render.

I created Q3 Wins & Roadmap 2026 and invited Jenna, but I’m not sure if I missed slides or data that leadership will expect. I’m afraid they’ll stop the meeting to ask for numbers. Which three checks should I run right now to avoid that—what exact slides or figures must be present—and what’s the fastest fix if one of them is missing?

We waste time recreating the same presentation structure every quarter. Templates get changed ad hoc and ownership is unclear.
