Create duplicate from template

Make a duplicate of the parent-teacher conference form using the school template we approved in March, name the copy 'PTC April 2026 — East Campus', move it into the Staff/Conferences folder, and remove the fields we no longer use. Confirm by sharing edit access with Jenna and me.

Before I copy the template for next month’s conference sign-up, streamline it: remove redundant contact fields, surface the available time slots at the top, and add a short instruction that reduces misbookings. Point out anything in the template that will confuse parents unfamiliar with our booking process.

I just created a copy of the conference form but used the general events template instead of the approved conference template, and parents have already signed up for times we don’t offer. I can’t tell my principal I used the wrong template without losing credibility. What’s the fastest way to replace the form with a correct copy, notify those sign-ups, and preserve the data I need for reporting?
