Copy form link for QR code

I need a short URL to generate a QR code for the in-class survey and handouts. Copy the current form link, shorten it with our department URL shortener, and deliver the shortened link in plain text so I can paste it into the QR generator. Verify the short link opens the live form and respects the response settings before you hand it to me.

Before I create a QR code for tomorrow’s lab session, make scanning immediate and trustworthy. Shorten the form URL, include a human-readable label beside the QR that shows the form title and expected time, test the short link from a phone camera so the landing page loads immediately, and flag any settings that might block guest scanners.

I generated a QR from the copy of the form link and printed it for the lab, but students report scanning goes to a permissions error page. I’m not sure whether I copied the right link, shortened it incorrectly, or whether a setting requires sign-in. I can’t reprint in time. What’s the most likely cause and what immediate workarounds let students still complete the survey during the session?
