Freeze header rows or columns

Header rows keep scrolling offscreen during reviews. Freeze the top two header rows and the leftmost column of client IDs on the 'Client Ledger' sheet so reviewers always see labels and IDs when scrolling through transactions. Confirm that freeze is set for everyone who uses the sheet and that printing preserves the header rows.

Before I hand this to the teaching team, make the sheet easy to navigate. Freeze the first two rows and the client ID column, add a short note at the top explaining the freeze, and make sure the view works for laptop and phone screens. Flag any merged header cells that will break freezing or printing.

I froze the top two rows and the client ID column on the Client Ledger, but teachers on mobile say labels disappear when they scroll. I suspect their mobile view behaves differently or they have a different visible range. Explain the likely cause and the best fix so labels remain readable on both desktop and phone without forcing them to change device settings.
