Perform XLOOKUP-style lookups

I need matching values from the pricing master for a list of product SKUs in my sales sheet. Pull the unit price and lead time for each SKU in column A from the master on the Inventory tab and put price in column D and lead time in column E. If a SKU is missing show NOT FOUND. Do the lookups so a sheet editor can copy rows without breaking the results.

Before I share this sales sheet with ops, make the lookup results obvious to a reviewer. Put the retrieved price next to the SKU, flag any NOT FOUND rows in red, and surface the source row number from the Inventory tab. Also show a single-cell summary: total missing SKUs and the most common lead time.

We imported last week's new SKUs and the lookup returns NOT FOUND for dozens. Procurement updated the master yesterday but I don't see new SKUs. I worry it's a key from formatting or stray spaces. I can’t call procurement yet. Do I first trim and normalize both lists, re-run the lookup, or ask procurement if they changed SKU formatting? What is the likeliest cause and fastest safe fix?
