Print selected ranges

Print the selected budget ranges for budget review packets. On sheet Budget2026 select ranges B3:F28 and H3:L28, print them as two pages in portrait with gridlines on and fit to page width, and send the PDF to the finance director by Thursday so they can attach the pages to the physical review binder.

Before I print the ranges for the finance binder, make the selection easier for the reviewer. Combine the two ranges onto a temporary sheet named PrintPreview with the same column widths, add page breaks so each range is its own page, enable gridlines and set scaling to fit width. Highlight the totals row in light gray and add a footer with the report date so the director can flip straight to the numbers.

I selected two ranges and printed the PDF, but the totals column was cut off and the director returned the packet saying it is unusable. I am not sure if the scaling or page orientation caused it. What is the most likely cause and the fastest, foolproof way to produce a two-page PDF of those ranges with all columns visible before the 9am review?
