Insert tables

I need the new slide with the sales figures table added between the market summary slide and the roadmap slide. Use the two-column layout, paste the Revenue, COGS, Gross Margin rows and Q1–Q4 columns from the Excel extract, and make sure the table fits without resizing other slides. After inserting, check row alignment and that the header row repeats if the table spills to a second page when exported to PDF. Sign off when done so I can circulate to Priya by Friday.

Before I drop the Excel extract into the deck for the client review, make the numbers scannable. Put the totals column on the right, bold the Q4 column, highlight negative margins in red, and add a single-line caption beneath the table that says What this means for next quarter. Flag any missing months or blank cells that will confuse procurement.

I just pasted the Excel range and the columns misaligned against the slide grid; the client meeting is tomorrow and I can’t re-run the export. Show me the likely cause — pasted formatting, merged cells, or wrong paste option — and the fastest fix that preserves my original slide layout and numbers.
