Merge slides from another deck

We must combine the client slide deck with our recommendations deck before tomorrow's client meeting. Import all slides from Client_Deck_FINAL.pptx into our deck, place their slides after our Situation slides, and then reorder so their current-state slides are immediately followed by our Gap Analysis and Recommendations slides. Check for duplicated logos and harmonize fonts afterward.

Before I merge the client's deck into ours, extract only their Problem Statement, Customer Quotes, and Data Evidence slides, and insert them after our Context slides. Flag any conflicting metrics and surface them at the top so the reviewer can quickly decide whether to use the client's figures or ours.

I imported the client's deck into ours and now slide 7 repeats a headline that contradicts slide 3; the flow feels patchy. I'm afraid the client will see us as sloppy. I cannot tell which numbers the client relies on versus ours. What is the least-risky clean-up: reconcile specific slides, move a small set to appendix, or re-edit headlines — and in what order should I do it?

What standard routine and checklist will make merging predictable: which slides to import, how to reconcile metrics, and how to document what we changed so the team trusts the final deck?
