I need our product demos sorted so viewers can binge them by topic. Create three playlists: Feature Walkthroughs with the five latest demos, Quick Tips with twelve short hacks under 30 seconds, and Case Studies with the three top-performing customer stories. Put Feature Walkthroughs first. Verify each video has the right thumbnail and a descriptive title before adding.

Before I publish playlists to the channel, make them make sense to a busy viewer. Surface the playlist purpose in the first line, order videos so a newcomer can follow from simple to complex, and move any video under 20 seconds into Quick Tips. Flag any demo missing a clear thumbnail, title, or that drops off-brand jargon that would make a viewer skip.

I tried to add the latest demos from June 3, May 20 and May 2 into Feature Walkthroughs; the May 2 video failed to attach. Priya in content says it uploaded fine and shows in drafts. I’m afraid the playlist add will lose analytics if I re-upload. What likely went wrong and what’s the safest next step to get the playlist live without losing view counts?

Every quarter I recreate playlists because videos are mislabeled or thumbnails are wrong, which wastes hours and confuses viewers. I own content ops and want to stop this churn.
