Create a task card titled Implement homepage hero for Acme on the Acme Website board, put it in In Progress, assign it to Jenna and Marcus, add a due date next Friday, attach the product brief URL and the hero design file, add a checklist: Design review, Dev build, QA verification, Content final, and set the label Redesign and priority High.

Before I hand this card to Jenna and Marcus, make approval obvious. Put the savings or benefit line at top: Increase conversion by 12% if implemented. Add the checklist steps with clear acceptance criteria, surface the due date and owner, attach the hero design, and flag anything that would make a reviewer hesitate like missing copy or unresolved design tokens.

I created Implement homepage hero for Acme, assigned Jenna and Marcus, and added a due date next Friday. Neither has commented and there’s no sign they saw it. I don’t know if they’re overloaded, don’t own this, or missed the notification. What’s the most likely reason and what should I do now to get a clear acknowledgement without sounding pushy?

Over many projects I assign cards with checklists and due dates but work only starts when I ping people. That wastes my time and undermines trust. Which habit should I change in how I create or hand off cards so assignees pick them up without repeated reminders?
