The four heights

The same task, four distances: today's deadline, the next reviewer, the stuck moment, the pattern.

Set the card cover for the Design review card to the approved mockup image and scale it so the key screen fits. Use the project’s approved mockup file named checkout_v3.png and verify the cover displays correctly on mobile view.

Before I apply covers across the board, make them work for reviewers. Use the main art for feature cards and a simple colored banner for backlog tasks, ensure the focal content is centered, and make sure the cover reads at phone width. Flag any images that are too small or copyrighted.

Decide — diagnose the stuck moment

I changed a cover and the card lost its visual cue

I replaced the Design review cover with a new mockup but now the QA lead says she can’t spot the card during triage. I’m not sure whether the image was scaled incorrectly or whether the wrong file was used. I don’t want triage to slow down. Other kanban boards work people do in Trello.

Every task here came from the work, not from a feature list — which is why the prompts name what you want done and never the button that does it. The tool changes; the work does not.
