Capture and send a photo

I need a photo of the new window display taken now. Go to Store 12 on Elm Street, take a horizontal photo showing the full display with the price tags visible, and send it to marketing and to me before noon so we can approve copy.

Before I ask a store manager to capture the new display, make the request easy to follow — specify framing (full display, horizontal), lighting tips (close curtains, avoid backlight), include the exact filename format I need and remind them to include the SKU stickers in frame so merchandising can approve quickly.

I told the floor manager to take a photo of the new window display but they haven’t sent it and I need it for the campaign creative review. I’m worried they’ll take a quick, dark photo that won’t pass. I can’t tell whether to pressure them now or wait an hour. What’s the most effective next move to get a usable photo quickly?
