Spotlight a presenter

Make Hannah the visible presenter now. Spotlight her video so her camera stays large for all participants; she is starting a 20-minute product demo and needs everyone focused. Announce to the co-hosts that the spotlight is on her and hand any screen-share permission to her only after confirming her mic is unmuted.

Before I spotlight a presenter, surface the reasons and risks for the host: show who is currently sharing or spotlighted, whether the presenter is scheduled to speak now, and whether spotlighting will override a panelist’s shared screen. Flag if the presenter’s camera resolution or background might distract, and give one-click options to spotlight only video or video-plus-screen-share.
