Frequently asked

What does the test length actually change?

The paper is cut to fit. One question per minute, so a 45-minute pick is a 45-question paper drawn from the same chapters. Your choice is remembered on this device and applied when you join.

Why do some cards say “fixed length”?

Competitive challenges have a leaderboard, and a leaderboard is only meaningful if everyone sat the same paper. Those keep the length their author set, whatever you pick above.

Why does one card say it stands for several papers?

The catalogue holds runs of sample tests that are the same paper to a reader — same subject, class, sitting length and chapters, differing only in the order the chapter list happens to arrive in. They share one card, and joining opens one of them at random, so every paper stays reachable.

What does “full syllabus” mean on a card?

That the test was set with no chapter restriction. “Full book” is every chapter of one book; “full syllabus” is every book of the subject. Neither is missing data.

Do I need an account to sit a test?

No. Joining is open. Signing in only saves your result so it shows up under My Results alongside your earlier attempts.
