Before the real-time collaboration session, make it productive: surface the three decisions we must make, put the current owner for each decision next to it, flag any sections that require a single owner to type the final language, and add a ground-rule comment asking people to use inline suggestions rather than immediate deletions for anything that affects scope. Identify likely blockers who won't join live.
