Export chat conversation

I need the full conversation with Ocean Supplies from March 2 to June 14 for the procurement audit. Export that chat thread including media and timestamps and save the exported file to the client folder on my phone so I can attach it to the audit report by Thursday.

Before I hand this to the audit team, make the exported chat easy to review — include a chronological text file with sender, timestamp, and message, keep images in a single folder named Ocean Supplies March‑June, and produce a short index of key dates and attachments at the top.

I just told the auditor I’d send the Ocean Supplies negotiation chat from June but I’m not sure whether I included their image invoices or only text. I’m afraid the export will miss media and the auditor will reject it. How can I quickly confirm the exported chat contains all messages and attachments, and what’s the best next step if the export is incomplete?

Every audit or dispute I end up exporting chats; sometimes media are missing or files aren’t named sensibly, so I redo work and miss deadlines.
