फसलों के त्योहार

भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है, इसलिए यहाँ फसलों के त्योहार बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। जब नई फसल तैयार होती है, तो अलग-अलग राज्यों के लोग खुशी से त्योहार मनाते हैं। तमिलनाडु में पोंगल, पंजाब में बैसाखी और असम में बिहू मनाया जाता है। लोग नए कपड़े पहनते हैं, गाते हैं, नाचते हैं और नई फसल से बने खास पकवान खाते हैं। ये त्योहार सबको आपस में जोड़ते हैं और हमें अन्न के लिए किसानों, धरती, सूरज और बारिश को धन्यवाद देना सिखाते हैं।

India is a farming country, so harvest festivals are very important here. When new crops are ready, people in different states celebrate with joy. In Tamil Nadu they celebrate Pongal, in Punjab Baisakhi, and in Assam Bihu. People wear new clothes, sing, dance and eat special food made from the new crop. These festivals bring everyone together and teach us to thank the farmers, the land, the sun and the rain for our food.
